Do I have an anxiety disorder?

Types of Anxiety Disorders
Generalized Anxiety Disorder – Constant worries about a number of events causing physical symptoms
Panic Disorder – Recurrent and unexpected panic attacks
Obsessive Compulsive Disorders – Repetitive thoughts or behaviors
Social Anxiety Disorder – Extreme fear of being embarrassed or humiliated in social situations

Self-Care for Anxiety
*Preventive Measures: Good sleep, healthy diet, reduction in caffeine and exercise
*Manage worries and stress: Set aside specific time to worry, write down worries or thoughts in a journal
*Mindfulness, meditation, breathing exercises, yoga, grounding techniques
*Seek therapy if your worries, fears, or panic attacks cause extreme distress or disrupt your daily routine
